NOMINATIONS & NOTICE OF ANNUAL VESTRY MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the Vestry of St. James’ Parish of Vancouver BC shall be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026 commencing at 12:15 pm in the Parish Hall.
The meeting purpose, without limitation, includes receiving 2025 Annual Reports, approving accounts and budgets, and electing Officers, Trustees (who also serve as Synod Delegates), Alternate Delegates to Synod, a Youth Delegate to Synod and Alternate.

PROTOCOL FOR THE ANNUAL VESTRY MEETING
Members of the Parish will be required to register on arrival at the meeting. Only Members of the Parish are entitled to vote.
